Milt brings with him over 14 years of experience selling homes and land in the Seguin area. Milt worked 32 years in the computer industry, retiring in 1999 from Hewlett Packard. He has engineering degrees from both Texas Tech and SMU. He has since applied his attention to details in working with buyers and sellers of real estate. Milt has received numerous praises from previous clients for his steady support and attention to details in guiding them through their transactions. After receiving his Broker's license in 2005, Milt also earned the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, which is earned by less than 3% of all realtors nationwide. This designation requires not only extensive education in real estate, but also requires a high level of production. Milt is active in the community, and has served as Vice-president and as President for the Seguin Noon Lions Club. He is also active in church activities with the First Baptist Church in Seguin, most recently having performed in the Passion Play in Central Park. His hobbies include golf and flying, and as a private pilot, he sometimes uses his plane to take aerial photos of clients' property, especially farms and ranches. Milt says that he believes taking good care of his clients is his biggest responsibility, and he works hard to secure their trust and confidence in him.
