Waterfront single family residential sales in Guadalupe County are up significantly from the same 3 month time period last year.

One factor contributing to the increase in waterfront sales may be the relatively constant water levels on Lake Dunlap, Lake McQueeney, Lake Placid, and Meadow Lake. These "lakes" were created where the Guadalupe River has been divided by a series of hydro-electric dams. So far they offer swimming, fishing, water skiing, and family fun during one of the worst droughts in Texas.
